It’s been all go, go, go since opening up in the new studio. After a hectic week and whilst I’m frantically trying to catch up on everything, I had a wonderful break to photograph little Hugh. He was 6lb 13 born and at 11 days old slept like a little dream. Hugh’s mummy and daddy are great friends of mine, so it was nice for them to be able to see what goes on behind the scenes
Here are a few of my favourite ones:-
This hand shot is one of my all time favourites. I found it hard to decide whether or not to show it in colour or b&w.

Fiona’s loved the blue, so here goes:-

Today I had a break from newborns as I photographed the most adorable little girl ever!! How cute is her hair, her cheeks, her big eyes oh the list goes on. Isabelle made us laugh with her bum shuffling followed by dainty crawling.

Another wet and windy day here in Great Baddow, so it was nice to be in the studio once again. Tiny Luna came in with her mum, dad and nanny from Italy. Luna was only 5lb or so, but a real feisty little character. Mum brought in a few of her own hats which made a nice change and we experimented with those a bit (check out the elephant ears!). It was lovely to see them again, having only photographed the maternity shoot 4 weeks ago. Here are some of my favourites….especially the one of Luna and her yummy mummy!

Day 2 in the new studio and it was like I had always been there. Felt so lovely to be in there all warm and toasty while the rain was lashing down outside. What a miserable day but it was made ever so bright by the gorgeous little Harry. Sam and Ricky were treated to todays session by Sam’s mum Caroline, who called me in complete excitement to book their session. What a lovely thought, as this is a present for a lifetime that Sam and Ricky can treasure forever. Harry was the perfect little model, 9 days old and very sleepy. We got some lovely poses and tried out some new props. I hope you love them…..I do!!

Today’s session was my first shoot in the new studio. My poor husband was working late last night putting in the finishing touches, to have it all ready for me. To say I was a tad nervous is an understatement!! It was a real mixture of excitement, anticipation and the unknown, which made it all ever so surreal. My dream had finally come true and there I was photographing the gorgeous little Lenny in my own bonafide natural light studio. A very proud moment!!
Lenny was a real gem and settled down beautifully after a nice feed and top up. However, Lenny didn’t let the side down and happily christened the studio floor haha
Here are a few sneaky peaks for mummy and daddy to see…

Kerry, thanks so much for taking these photos. We love them!!!
