I don’t think I’ve ever posted about my babies. So here I bring you my beautiful 3 year old little girl, Libby or Libby LouLou as she insists on calling herself.
Give Libby her due, she will let me photograph her but for only a short a while. Normally around 15 minutes before I get the sulky face and “no more mummy” talking to. Anyway, we both were at home whilst Riley, my little boy, was at school. So I thought I’d try and capture her over the local park, in the hope that I could have a little longer than the 15 minutes I get. As we all know the weather has been rubbish over the last couple of weeks and on this particular morning we had both rain and sunshine. I managed to get some lovely shots of her which are very true to her personality. Here are a few below. My next post about my kids is going to be challenging, as I would like to get some wonderful outdoor shots of them together without “fake” smiles. Hmm easier said than done! However, watch this space …… I do love a challenge.
Update:- The new studio is nearly complete. We just need to finish painting and my wonderful husband needs to lay the floor, although I do think he may rope my dad into helping. I’m having a week out now and will be back in the new studio week commencing 23rd April, exciting times ahead.
These are exciting times for me, as we put the finishing touches to my new natural light, purpose built studio.
I’ll be shutting down for a week or so as we move in and get it ready to go.
It may seem that it has been a bit quiet here recently on the blog. But I can assure you I have been very busy shooting and working in the background putting everything in place.
As a heads-up to all you pregnant ladies, my prices will be changing after Easter.
So, any bookings taken after Monday 9th April will be on 2012 prices.
Oh boy little Jack certainly put me through my paces this week. I think secretly he was told by his Daddy, who by the way is a good friend of mine and a great wedding photographer, to give it to me. On round one he wanted to feed more than he wanted to pose. However, second time round I won and we managed to get some amazing pictures!!
Jamie and Jo thanks for bringing your little man…….I think you’ll be pleased with the outcome 🙂
I guess you’ve all noticed by now that I have decided on a name change and a new look to the website/blog. For me the change of going from Love4Photography to Kerry Anna Photography, adds to a more personalised experience. I hope you like the new “clean cut” look that the website/blog now have. However, it is going to take another week or two for the transition to be complete.
On a seperate note: For all those that are looking for a newborn session, please book in during your second trimester. This is so that I’m aware of your due date and can plan accordingly. This also guarantees your session. I’ve had to turn down a few clients this week, who have already had their babies, as I just could not squeeze them in.
Anyway enough from me now. Thank you all for stopping by and for all your support (even to my wonderful photographer friends)
